We’re looking for an exceptionalGo-to-Market Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across Strategy, Finance, Operations, and more—partnering directly with senior leaders and company founders to help scale a fast-growing tech company.

From day one, you'll be at the heart of decision-making, identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and delivering data-driven insights that fuel growth and efficiency. Whether you're optimizing business workflows, diving into financial analysis, or collaborating across teams, your work will play a key role in shaping the future ofJob&Talent

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies and highlight areas for optimization
• Build, manage, and analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets, transforming data into clear, actionable insights
• Develop and present strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and drive sustainable growth
• Work directly with company founders and senior leadership on high-impact projects, gaining exposure to key business decisions and initiatives

• A high-performing individual with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with SQL, including data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (C1 level or above)
• Experience in business consulting will be highly valued (Deloitte, MS, EY..etc)
