Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactiveSenior Data Privacy Counsel to join Job&Talent’s headquarters team. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping and scaling our global privacy program, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and supporting the responsible growth of our operations worldwide.
In this role, you willlead and advise on contract negotiationsfrom a privacy standpoint, carry out privacy by design reviews, manage vendor privacy assessments, and maintain our ROPA documentation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across legal, product, compliance, and procurement, and act as a key driver of privacy best practices across the organization.

- Support the DPO in developing and managing Job&Talent’s global data privacy program, with a focus on vendor risk and legal compliance
- Oversee privacy compliance efforts across the company, collaborating with legal, security, and business teams
- Respond tocustomer and partner privacy inquiries, conduct AI governance and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), and negotiate data protection terms
- Manage vendor risk, including negotiating DPAs, reviewing assessments, and conducting third-party evaluations
- Contribute totraining, internal playbooks, and legal resources to strengthen privacy awareness across the organization
- Assist with regulatory inquiries and support incident response efforts in collaboration with the security team
- Own and operate relevant privacy processes inOneTrust
- Fully qualified lawyer in at least one EU member state
- Minimum 5 years of experienceadvising on global data protection matters and negotiating data protection-related contracts
- Extensive hands-onexperience with OneTrust
- Provenability to lead and manage a broad range of privacy-related projects
- Strongcollaboration skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and seniority levels
- Excellentcommunication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Aproactive, team-oriented mindset with a flexible, “can-do” attitude
- Experience working infast-paced, dynamic environments
- Fluency inEnglish and Spanish(C2 level)
- Priorin-house experience within a high-growth technology company
- Background inprivate practice (law firm or consultancy)
- Familiarity withdata protection regulations outside the EU/UK, particularly in theUnited States
- Experience indata risk management and/or supportingprivacy-related audits
- CIPP certification (EU and US preferred)
