We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who will become a reliable partner for both people and business. We need someone who understands business goals, feels the team vibe, and can build HR processes from onboarding to offboarding — with a strong focus on people development and supporting managers.

Type of cooperation: Full-time.

📋Your responsibilities will be:

- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, pulse checks, and gather feedback ( в середньому 10-15 на міс)
- Identify burnout/resignation risks
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain a healthy team environment
- Support managers in building and growing their teams

- Contribute to the development and implementation of performance review processes
- Support individual development plans
- Work with competency matrices and leveling frameworks
- Build internal learning and growth systems
- Training leaders and working on shaping the company culture

- Be a partner to delivery, sales, and operations departments
- Participate in resource planning and team dynamics assessments
- Contribute to building the HR strategy within business units

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover reasons (налаштування і організація HRM флоу)
- Provide insights and recommendations on employee retention

- Create reports on turnover, eNPS, onboarding quality, and retention
- Work with OKRs and KPIs within the HR function

Our requirements to you:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR BP or HR Generalist (outsourcing experience is must)
  • Deep understanding of the full HR cycle
  • Experience in organizational development, including succession planning, leadership development, and culture-shaping initiatives.
  • Proven experience in advising senior management and influencing decision-making on people and organizational topics
  • Ability to lead change initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance practices within outsourcing/IT environments.
  • Ability to work with diverse management styles: tactful but direct
  • International collaboration experience
