HR Specialist
The HR Specialist works to create and support an exceptional onboarding experience and process for 3Cloud’s new hires and internal teams. The HR Specialist is a team player who thinks of the details while seeing the big picture, supports recruiting processes, and executes a top-notch, organized onboarding program. The Specialist also partners with the 3Cloud US Team to ensure consistent onboarding experience. The Specialist is responsible for handling pre-employment requirements, communication with new hires prior to their first day, has a positive attitude, works with a high sense of urgency and thrives in a high-volume environment where no day is the same.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison to business partners in IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure the creation and execution of effective, compliant hiring and onboarding processes.
- Handle all pre-employment requirements and assist in onboarding new hires. Manage the referral program.
- Assist with administration of pre-employment background checks.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve onboarding processes.
- Support new hires and ensure a smooth process and clear communications from time of offer through day one.
- Campus recruiting support as needed.
- Assist with employment branding and experience campaigns as needed.
- Assist with creation and editing of Rise Courses for onboarding.
- Collaborate with other team members in the planning and execution of HR projects and programs as needed.
- Enroll the new hires under the health and life insurance programs.
- Responsible for employee files for new hires.
- Handle other HR-related duties and responsibilities, as may be required.
- Perform office management duties as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Recruiting
- Ability to adjust work hours to accommodate business needs; after-hours flexibility is occasionally required
- Razor-sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through, internally and externally, in order to provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, ever-changing environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
- Familiarity with and/or demonstrated aptitude to learn technology tools and apps such as: Greenhouse, DocuSign, SterlingOne
- Track record of excellent performance in the areas of teamwork, customer service, and problem solving
