Job Description
Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.
Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.
Sales:
Our Sales team offers a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive environment, where teamwork is just as valued as individual goals. You’ll have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, while benefiting from a competitive commission structure. Working side-by-side with seasoned technology sales professionals, you’ll gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment, and receive excellent opportunities for career growth and business development.
The role
We’re looking for a hungry, high-impact seller to join our team and take full ownership of a portfolio of AI-native ISVs and/or VAR partners. This role is equal parts strategic and executional, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the AI/ML ecosystem, and knows how to build high-leverage, high-growth relationships.
As an ISV & VAR Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and scaling joint opportunities with GenAI and ML partners, driving pipeline generation and co-selling motions that grow both our partner ecosystem and platform utilization. You’ll think creatively about how partner solutions can drive meaningful impact for Nebius customers and Nebius sellers — and vice versa — while leading with a consultative, action-oriented mindset.
You are welcome to work remotely from the US - San Francisco Bay Area preferred.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own a book of net-new business across strategic ISV and VAR partnerships in the AI/ML space.
- Drive pipeline generation through creative co-selling, account mapping, and field collaboration.
- Increase GPU utilization across Nebius’ global platform by expanding joint customer opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align our platform with each partner’s value proposition.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solution Engineering to develop tailored programs and scalable motions.
- Articulate how partner products and Nebius’ infrastructure work together to solve complex AI challenges.
- Track and measure ROI across key accounts and proactively identify areas for growth and expansion to influence pipeline for Nebius sellers, joint product development, and customer expansion.
- Represent Nebius at industry events, partner summits, and executive briefings.
- Travel: ~20-30% to meet with customers and participate in QBRs.
We expect you to have:
- 4 - 7+ years in partner sales, business development, or strategic account management in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Strong technical acumen — you understand the AI/ML product lifecycle, can speak credibly about model training/inference, and are comfortable positioning infrastructure.
- A consultative mindset where you’re not just chasing deals, but helping partners build and execute winning strategies to increase ROI.
- Proven experience working with GenAI, ML, or Data & Analytics ISVs (e.g., Anyscale, Databricks, Lightning AI, Outerbounds, Union AI, Dstack, Run.AI etc.).
- Hustle and ownership: You’re action-driven, thrive in ambiguity, and move fast to turn opportunity into revenue.
- Experience working with NVIDIA hardware or ecosystem partners is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-native sales motions and channel programs is beneficial.
Key Employee Benefits:
- Health Insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
- 401(k) Plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
- Parental Leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
- Remote Work Reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
- Disability & Life Insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance coverage.
Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 200k - 250k OTE (On-Target Earnings) and equity based on your experience, skills, and location.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
