IT Support Specialist @ Midi Health
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Midi Health. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical assistance, ensuring our computer systems, software, and hardware run smoothly. You'll play a crucial part in onboarding new hires, troubleshooting issues, managing IT inventory, and collaborating with the team to maintain our robust IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
● Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
● Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by setting up workstations, accounts, and necessary software.
● Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues promptly and effectively.
● Manage inventory and procurement processes for new hires as well as users who have left the company.
● Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
● Document and maintain records of IT support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps.
● Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
● 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
● Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
● Strong customer service and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing systems is a plus.
