We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive the creation, growth, and success of our app advertising business at Pinterest. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop compelling narratives, go-to-market strategies, and drive adoption of our app advertising solutions. You'll be a key contributor to shaping the future of app advertising on Pinterest.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing app advertising products.
- Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with advertisers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the app advertising space.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and training.
- Assessing the capabilities and value proposition of our app advertising solutions through strategic, qualitative, and quantitative analysis
- Work with product teams to translate product roadmaps into effective marketing plans.
- Drive product launches and feature adoption through impactful campaigns and communications.
- Represent the voice of the customer, providing insights to product and engineering teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on app advertising or app measurement.
- Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B or advertising products.
- Strong understanding of the app advertising ecosystem and its key players.
- Proven ability to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement.
