The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proficient Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CPQ knowledge, and process automation to improve efficiency and ensure seamless system functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee high level system architecture to ensure design decisions are aligned with business strategy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Administer and configure Salesforce to support business processes across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.
  • Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce automation, including workflows, process builder, and approval processes.
  • Maintain products and price books in CPQ, including more complex pricing rules, bundling, and discount schedules.
  • Perform data management tasks, including data imports, deduplication, and ongoing data maintenance. Assist with data collection and imports for any potential new business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage customer and partner experience sites and update as business needs change.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, escalating to Salesforce support as needed.
  • Monitor license usage and escalate when we are nearing non-compliance.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and implement relevant enhancements to optimize our Salesforce instance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mathematics, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and CPQ certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist or Platform App Builder are preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Proven experience in administering and configuring complex Salesforce environments with multiple integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience of Copado and other DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for Marketing Automation.
