Job Description

Job Title: Luxury Travel Manager

(Remote Opportunity - to cover CET)

Company Overview: Flyflat is a premium travel company that helps founders, investors, and executives book international business and first-class flights at unbeatable rates—often at 30–80% less than the retail price. We combine proprietary booking methods with a 24/7 white-glove concierge service, making it incredibly easy for clients and their teams to manage all of their premium travel needs without friction.

We’ve grown from a team of 12 to 78 in just over a year, 5x’ed our revenue year-over-year, and just raised an oversubscribed round with Bessemer Venture Partners leading. Our mission is to save our customers time and money every step of the way from booking to coming home

Introduction: FlyFlat is hiring top-performing Luxury Travel Advisors who will serve as the company pillars of their time zones—owning client relationships, closing high-value sales, and acting as the trusted voice in all travel matters. This is a high-impact, client-facing role perfect for ambitious, service-minded individuals who thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments.

You’ll be the go-to person for our clients’ luxury air travel needs, with the support of a best-in-class, n-house, 24-hour team. Whether supporting a Fortune 500 exec, a VC firm’s partner, or a seasoned world traveler, you’ll ensure every step of their journey is seamless, efficient, and elevated.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of client engagement: outreach, flight strategy, consultative sales, and closing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients—crafting itineraries, guiding booking decisions, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by re-engaging past clients and following up on new leads.
  • Be the emergency contact for clients when needed, especially for time-sensitive travel matters.

Sales and Strategy Execution

  • Use your knowledge of routes, loyalty programs, and luxury flying to provide optimal travel options.
  • Collaborate with internal concierge and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Proactively apply judgment, empathy, and problem-solving to complex or urgent situations.

Qualifications

  • Have 3+ years of experience in luxury service or selling high-ticket items
  • Strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations.
  • Outstanding communication skills—warm, clear, persuasive across email, text, and voice.
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
  • High integrity and discretion—you’ll manage sensitive and high-value transactions.

Preferred

  • Experience with GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus)
  • A solo advisor who owns a boutique agency but is willing to step into an employee role
  • Existing book of business or agency partnerships (with bonus earning structures available).
  • Strong partnerships with air consolidators and luxury hotel brands.
  • Background in HNW service, concierge teams, or early-stage startups.

Conclusion: Joining FlyFlat as a Luxury Travel Manager gives you the chance to be at the forefront of luxury travel innovation. With a supportive team, elite clientele, and uncapped earnings potential, this role is perfect for someone ready to take full ownership of their client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences at scale.

If you’re driven, client-obsessed, and ready to help shape the future of premium travel, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation and Employment Details:

  • Experience with GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus)
  • Work Environment: Remote-First, CET timezone coverage
  • Base Salary: $48,000–$62,000 (depending on experience)
  • Total Compensation (OTE): $110,000+
  • Commissions: Uncapped earnings after earning back draw against base salary.
  • Additional bonuses tied to client retention, referral generation, and margin optimization

We are excited about the possibility of you joining us in this venture and look forward to seeing the profound impact you will have on our organization.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
