Job Summary
The role involves administering and troubleshooting Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Intune, and Entra ID, with a focus on both cloud-based and on-premises Active Directory environments. Candidates should possess deep technical expertise in these areas and experience with managing device compliance, access policies, and enterprise application integration. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, security, and permissions, as well as resolving issues related to email security, device configuration, and directory services. Preference is given to candidates with strong on-premises Active Directory experience.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional with over 6 years of relevant experience in Office 365 and Active Directory administration. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Intune , Entra ID and On-Prem Active Directory.
Candidates with strong on-premises Active Directory experience will be given preference
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and troubleshootOffice 365 services including:
Exchange Online: mail flow troubleshooting, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), retention policies, and email security via Microsoft Defender.
SharePoint Online: site management, external sharing configurations, restriction policies, and access control.
Microsoft Teams: Teams Calling, Teams Rooms, and device configuration (Teams Phones).
Power BI: workspace management, gateway creation and maintenance.
ManageMicrosoft Intune for device compliance and application deployment across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms, including:
App protection policies (MAM)
Line-of-business (LOB) and Win32 apps
Autopilot, Autopatch, APNS, DEP, and VPP.
AdministerEntra ID (Azure AD):
User, group, and device management
Conditional Access policies
Identity protection and governance
External identities and enterprise application integration (SSO)
Maintain and troubleshootOn-Premises Active Directory:
Multi-domain and multi-forest environments
Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
Domain, site, forest, and Organizational Unit (OU) architecture
Replication and authentication issues
