We’re hiring a Manager, Revenue Recruiting to lead Revenue hiring with a strong focus on high-volume sales hiring. This is a strategic player-coach role where you’ll build, execute, and evolve hiring strategies, while managing a team and directly contributing to mission-critical hiring needs.

You’ll oversee hiring for 100+ roles over the next 12 months with a particular emphasis on Sales hiring velocity and quality. You’ll work cross-functionally with executive stakeholders to ensure Apollo.io continues to scale with excellence. This role reports to the Director of Global Business Recruiting


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and scale Revenue hiring, with a strong focus on high-volume sales recruitment, ensuring top-of-funnel rigor and candidate quality.

  • Build trusted, advisory and strategic relationships with Sales leadership, partner to understand talent requirements, and provide guidance on organizational design, compensation trends and market insights.

  • Manage, develop, mentor and grow a team of 4+ recruiters; using data to optimize effectiveness, drive best practices, and ensure results delivery to meet business demand.

  • Collaborate with Talent Operations, People Operations, Legal and Compensation teams to create scalable, repeatable programs and systems.

  • Develop and implement a data-driven recruiting strategy, focused on funnel optimization and recruiter capacity modeling.

  • Implement best practices using top-tier tools like Greenhouse, GEM, Brighthire, SeekOut, and LinkedIn to build efficient and inclusive pipelines.

  • Foster a high-performance, agile recruitment culture rooted in Apollo.io’s values: customer obsession, extreme ownership, and bias for action.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in business and GTM recruitment, with extensive expertise in hiring high-volume sales talent in particular.

  • 2+ years of experience managing recruitment teams in fast-growth environments.

  • Proven track record of owning full-cycle recruitment for large-scale sales orgs, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.

  • Experience building recruitment models and capacity plans tied to revenue and headcount targets.

  • Strong knowledge of sales hiring metrics, hiring velocity tracking, and recruiter productivity benchmarks.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into decision-making and operational improvements.

  • Mastery of modern recruiting tech stack (ATS, sourcing tools, interview platforms). We use Greenhouse, GEM, BrightHire, GoodTime, Apollo itself, to name but a few

  • High EQ and strong stakeholder management chops—you know how to build trust at the exec table.

The listed Pay Range reflects base salary range, except for sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commission/sales bonus targets and annual base salary for the role. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Annual Pay Range
$124,000$155,000 USD
