You’ll manage day-to-day operations across lifecycle marketing, including tracking and executing cross-functional project workflows; developing and maintaining trackers, documentation, and calendars; coordinating stakeholder communication; and owning operational email requests from intake through launch. You’ll be a key partner in QA across email, SMS, and push channels by working closely with Marketing Operations and other teams to help ensure an accurate, error-free experience, and contribute to ongoing analysis by pulling and organizing performance data from our reporting tools.
Success in this role is a well-organized, smoothly run lifecycle program that delivers meaningful, well-timed communications that are customized to where members are in their experience. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing while collaborating closely with marketing operations, content, product, and data teams to bring impactful work to life.
The Team:
Reporting to the Member Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this role is part of the B2C Growth & Engagement marketing team focused on delivering timely, personalized communications to help members understand their Carrot benefit and how to get the most out of it for their unique needs. It partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Member Success, Data, and Product to help ensure lifecycle programs are accurate, effective, and scalable across the member experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in lifecycle, email, or other marketing roles — preferably in B2C health benefits, wellness, or regulated consumer tech
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing Operations or technical teams on campaign setup, testing (QA), and email production workflows; familiarity with CRM or campaign execution tools
- Experience playing a key role in QA for marketing campaigns to review audience logic, dynamic content, links, UTMs, and send timing
- Project coordination or project management experience—especially in cross-functional environments involving marketing, product, data, or content stakeholders
- Comfortable working with tools such as Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar project tracking systems to coordinate multi-step collaborative projects
- Familiarity with email marketing tools or CRM platforms (e.g., Blueshift, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign.io, or similar), and working with complex segmentation or personalization logic
- Able to organize and work with performance data through experience pulling reports and metrics from platforms like Tableau, DOMO, or Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and analysis
- Demonstrates curiosity and an interest in growing in areas related to lifecycle marketing, whether through campaign operations, strategy, personalization, or cross-functional collaboration
- Communicates clearly and confidently across teams, with a willingness to ask questions, openly bring up potential issues early, and share thoughtful ideas for improvement
- Comfortable diving into the details and handling foundational work that ensures nothing slips through the cracks, so the team can operate efficiently and effectively
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and helping resolve issues early
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience executing email campaigns, journey flows, audience segments, or dynamic content in CRM or email platforms.
- Experience creating or evolving trackers, documentation systems, or project calendars to support operationally complex marketing programs
- Understanding of personalization strategies in CRM programs, such as dynamic content blocks, conditional logic, Liquid, or lifecycle journey mapping
- Experience managing or coordinating translated marketing content across multiple languages and regions
- Familiarity with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven email experimentation
- Experience helping to scale lifecycle programs and optimizing newsletters to drive conversions
- Familiarity with B2C health, wellness, or benefits-related industries
Compensation:

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
