We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Operations Payins team. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure our operations run smoothly and that all the processes are optimized, internally and externally.



What will I be doing?
  • Manage data and reporting.
  • Give the needed support to different departments within the company.
  • Identify problems: operational issues and potential concerns.
  • Improve the overall efficiency of the company.
  • Recommend solutions: based on the research and analysis, make presentations and reports that support the recommended solutions to the identified problems and concerns.
  • Analyze performance results and promote optimizations in order to get the best conversion rates possible.
  • Work closely with the rest of the company to make their life easier, by providing the information they may need, such as transactions information, feedback from our local providers, and analysis of the current issues that may be affecting our clients and our local processes (Audit, BackOffice, etc)


What skills do I need?
  • Someone open to the constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams worldwide.
  • Experience in the payment or fintech industry.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Observant profile to determine where the flaws lie (attention to detail).
  • Curious profile and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages ​.
  • Ability to write data reading queries in tools such as QuickSight, New Relic (NRQL), Power BI,Logz.io, and other analysis and monitoring platforms.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
