What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop strategies that drive organic and affiliate channels and plan growth activities that support the business metrics in a compliant and efficient manner
- Efficiently identify opportunities for growth activities by understanding affiliates' needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, researching on competitors and cross-industries, and monitoring data
- Write business request documents with budget and ROI estimates for effective user conversion and growth
- Efficiently publish activity pages and manage optimizations via internal tools
- Regularly monitor growth activity performance metrics and inform relevant stakeholders
- Optimize user experience in growth activities by collaborating with product and BD teams
- Engage with key channels to launch campaigns, communicate events, resolve problems, follow-through product optimization requests, and drive user conversion
- Collaborate with Product teams to efficiently optimize and resolve product issues
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2-5 years of experience working with influencers, KOLs and/or affiliates in e-commerce, social media, financial services, fintech, tech or related industries
- High level of ownership in driving organic and affiliate growth via growth activities
- Proven track record of quickly learning new internal tools to configure activities and web pages
- Ability to drive collaboration and alignment with multi-level, cross-functional stakeholders with little guidance from senior team members
- Comfortable with data analysis with business acumen and visualisation (e.g, Amplitude)
- Excellent communicator and proficient in fast, succinct and clear research and report-writing
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
- High level of ownership with interpersonal ability to drive collaboration, build alignment, and foster relationships with global, multi-level, cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to quickly pick up a high level of product understanding through self-driven learning
- Passion to learn, share and succeed as a team
- Fluent in English as a working language
Nice to Haves
- Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading, web3 products and market dynamics (Or capable of efficient, self-learning)
