About the Role:
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, proactively reaching out to prospects to generate new business opportunities. Leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, ensuring they’re an ideal fit for our products and services. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in a goal-oriented environment, have a hunter mindset, have great organizational processes, and are passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers through outbound channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Research and identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers within target industries.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Clearly articulate the value of our products and services, tailoring your messaging to address specific pain points.
- Qualify leads using defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further development.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach efforts, interactions, and lead qualifications in Salesforce.
- Continuously refine your approach by staying informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, and product updates.
- Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly lead qualification quotas.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in an Outbound sales role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage and build rapport with international audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and a desire to develop a career in sales, with a focus on lead qualification and customer engagement.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, and the ability to adapt quickly is crucial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
- Experience using SalesForce, SalesLoft, or Genesys will be nice to have.
- Experience in engaging with international audiences will be nice to have. #LI-MS3
- Be able to work 6am-3pm Pacific time
