Our client is a renowned professional training provider specializing in enhancing skills and delivering high-value seminars to real estate, mortgage, and stock broker professionals. They offer a variety of engaging and informative training sessions, including keynote presentations for conferences and in-depth seminars aimed at increasing performance and business growth.
Location and Time:
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
They are seeking a self-motivated and energeticOutbound Sales Representative to expand their reach and grow their client base. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind engaging potential clients in the real estate, mortgage, and stock broker industries across Dallas, Texas. This role involves making outbound calls to pitch free training seminars and half-day training sessions to prospective clients. You will also offer the opportunity to hire the client as a keynote speaker for conferences. Your main goal is to qualify leads and set appointments that drive further business development. This is a dynamic sales role where you will be expected to combine outbound outreach with market research to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Dialing & Pitching:
Conduct outbound calls to a provided list of contacts (real estate, mortgage, and stock broker professionals) to pitch free training seminars.
Offer half-day training and keynote speaking engagements to businesses, focusing on delivering value through professional development.
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting:
Qualify prospects through targeted sales conversations, ensuring they meet the criteria for the training sessions or keynote speaking engagements.
Set qualified appointments for further follow-up and service delivery, working closely with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Market Research & Outreach:
Conduct research to identify new contacts and companies in the Dallas, Texas area that may benefit from the client’s training services.
Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings to ensure outreach is relevant and effective.
Pipeline Management & Reporting:
Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent follow-up and successful conversion of prospects into clients.
Maintain accurate records of communications, client information, and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
1+ years of experience in outbound sales or sales development.
Strong command of English (fluent, both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Proven ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and set appointments with decision-makers.
Comfortable with CRM systems for pipeline management and tracking (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Highly motivated with a strong hunger to succeed and achieve sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with a personable, energetic aura—able to build rapport quickly over the phone and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Market research experience to identify new contacts, leads, and business opportunities within the target industries.
Previous exposure to training or speaking services or understanding the value of professional development in the business world is a plus.
What Success Looks Like:
Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Successfully qualifying prospects and converting them into customers for training sessions or keynote speaking engagements.
Building a steady pipeline of leads and managing them efficiently throughout the sales cycle.
Positive feedback from clients on the value and engagement of the initial pitch and appointment.
