P2P Business Development Manager
Job Summary
This role involves driving sales and establishing relationships with clients, agents, and partners in the crypto industry. Who We Are
What You’ll Be Doing
- Boost sales and contribute to our long term business goals by growing and establishing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners
- Design and implement growth marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to support user growth and increase transaction volume in the Latam region
- Be proactive to initiate innovative marketing ideas or marketing related product enhancements that will help to grow the business and enhance user experience in the region
- Work closely with customer experience team to coordinate and resolve abnormal/complex orders, and address merchant inquiries
- Constant monitoring of transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activities
- Conduct market surveys to understand users’ needs and identify gaps for product improvements
- Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables
- Continuous market research to identify and leverage on growth opportunities for the product (Including but not limited to market comparison analysis, business opportunities recommendations and relevant local market news)
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing roles in the crypto industry.
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must
- Familiar with the whole process of P2P operation, able to build merchant trust through service and daily management, not only relying on promotional activities to improve merchant activity
- Exceptional written and communication skills in English and native Spanish are a must.
- Organized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Strong team mindset and solid work ethic
