Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:Lead and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon focused on lead generation, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.
Strategy Development:Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with marketing goals and target the right audience segments.
Performance Analysis and A/B Testing:Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, and ensure optimal performance.
CRM and CMS Management:Utilize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ClickUp for marketing operations assistance.
Use advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance.
Budget Management:Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Ad Creatives and Copywriting:Design and develop compelling ad creatives, and craft engaging copy that resonates with the target audience.
Diverse Campaign Strategy Experience:Develop and implement campaign strategies across various approaches including B2B, B2C, DTC, and lead generation.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience:At least 3-5 years in paid media management with significant experience in working with U.S.-based clients.
Platform Expertise:Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon.
Analytical Proficiency:Strong skills in campaign analysis and using A/B testing to improve results.
Technical Skills:Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Google Analytics.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and report on campaign progress.
