Job Description
As a contractor on the Platform Enablement team you will be responsible for assisting our Marketing stakeholders with their data needs in the first mile (platform configuration and data collection) and the last mile (performance data visualization and operational monitoring). There will be need for work inside platforms used by the team as well as work with the data generated by the team in tools outside of the native platforms. Along with this enablement there will be data validation and troubleshooting work required to assure the fidelity of the data we are handling for our stakeholders.
We are looking for collaborative team players with effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of both understanding and communicating advanced operational concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Members of this team will also be responsible for providing the following to their marketing stakeholders:
- Requirements Gathering Support
- Ticket Grooming Session Support
- Ad Testing Support
- Paid and Organic Platform Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Tagging and Measurement Configuration
- Paid and Organic Conversion Reporting and Visualization
- Data Validation and Troubleshooting
- Engineering and Analytics Ticket Management
- Outage Monitoring and Alerting
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- An understanding of how data is collected and leveraged through digital and traditional channels in a SaaS Marketing organization. Understanding of B2B and B2C prospect and customer lifecycles is a plus.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn from and develop with the stakeholders you support.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering and Analytics teams to achieve shared goals and results for your stakeholders.
- 3 to 4 years in a Paid Media or Advertising Operations role supporting similar goals.
- Proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization tools (Tableau or Looker).
- Experience directly supporting a fast moving iterative paid media and Organic Social team with reporting, troubleshooting and measurement assistance.
- A sense of ownership - capable of independently initiating and driving projects from beginning to end.
