Paid Social Ads Specialist
Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective paid social media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms
- Create, test, and refine audience targeting to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and spending to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and create comprehensive reports with actionable insights
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid social advertising
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Provide recommendations for campaign improvements based on data analysis
- Manage multiple campaigns and client priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns, specifically on Meta (Facebook), Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media advertising strategies that deliver measurable results
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics tools
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with tracking technologies, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience with additional paid social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking/analytics tools
- Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Experience with creative development and design principles for social advertising
- Certification in Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, or other relevant platforms
- Experience working in an agency environment with multiple clients across various industries
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
