Position Overview:

The Paid Social Manager will play a critical role in driving our company's expansion by developing and executing data-driven strategies to acquire customers. To excel in this role, you'll need to be an expert in paid acquisition through Meta and LinkedIn.

This position requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and deep knowledge of digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric.

Responsibilities:

  • Meta Ads Management:
    • Build, manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies, to maximize ROI
    • Scale our Meta acquisition efforts to drive MQL growth while improving LTV:CPA
    • Stay up to date with Meta advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance
    • Analyze performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Growth Strategy Development & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
    • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to drive sustainable business growth
  • Test and Learn: evaluate new acquisition channels to expand reach and drive MQLs
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improve conversion rates by continuously testing and optimizing key elements, including audiences, user flows, creatives, CTAs, and landing pages
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    • Track, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Leverage data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI
  • Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and AI to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related analytical field
  • 6+ years of Growth Marketing experience with 4+ years of in-house and hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns and strategy in B2B tech
  • Experience managing a Meta Ads account with 6 figure monthly spend
  • Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience developing testing structures and deliverables based on performance
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Extensive experience managing paid social channels for business growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to new challenges
  • Facebook Blueprint certification a plus
