About the job

We’re looking for a Partner Program Manager - Enablement Lead to accelerate the success of Twilio’s global partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partner programs, strategy, sales enablement, and operations — ensuring our internal teams and partners have the tools, knowledge, and content they need to deliver results.

As the face of partner enablement, you’ll work cross-functionally with Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Account Executives (AEs), Sales Enablement, Marketing, and the broader Global Alliances team to build and manage repeatable, scalable enablement programs for Systems Integrators (SIs), Consulting Partners, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

Whether it’s building toolkits for the field, driving awareness of partner assets, or executing global enablement campaigns — you will be the driving force behind how we educate, activate, and empower our partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design and Own the Partner Enablement Strategy: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of Twilio’s global partner enablement programs. Build scalable, role-based onboarding and training paths by partner type and region, and expand the certification roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and Deliver Enablement Content: Create and maintain high-impact learning content including onboarding journeys, AE-facing playbooks, pitch decks, solution positioning, and joint GTM toolkits. Deliver a blend of live, on-demand, and self-serve learning experiences, using tools like MindTickle and Highspot. Localize and refresh resources to meet regional and partner-specific needs.
  • Drive Program Execution & Adoption: Lead partner-facing programs, ensuring strong collaboration with PAMs and AEs to manage logistics, track deliverables, and drive engagement. Launch internal training to align teams on partner strategy and value.
  • Manage Enablement Systems & Governance: Oversee enablement content on platforms including Highspot, Impartner, Slack and MindTickle — ensuring content is current, discoverable, and aligned to field and partner needs. Conduct regular audits and drive adoption of tools across teams.
  • Enable Stakeholder Alignment & Partner Communications: Act as the face of partner enablement, working closely with Sales Enablement, GTM, and the Partner org to align priorities, share best practices, and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external audiences. Monitor partner engagement, certification progress, and enablement impact, adapting programs as needed.

  • Excellent communication skills for delivering complex information clearly across various partner communications, including newsletters, webinars, and surveys.
  • Experience with documentation management and content creation for program guides and enablement resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives within partner or program environments.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
