Job Summary
This role involves managing external partners and supporting internal partnership operations within a collaborative team environment. Job Description
Mercury is looking to expand our Partner Success team! This person will help manage both our external partners and internal partnerships team operations and processes. The Partnerships team is a very collaborative team and works very closely with all functions in the company including, strategic partner managers, marketing, business development, relationship management, raise, venture debt, events, support, and onboarding.
Here are some things you’ll do on the job:
- Work closely with the partnership team to execute on team-wide initiatives and opportunities
- Drive pre-event and post-event activations for the partnership team
- Drive new partner activation and onboarding
- Project management
- Reporting daily, monthly, and quarterly analytics to our partners
- Work internally with strategic partner managers, customer support, revenue operations, compliance, onboarding, sales, marketing, and relationship management teams on behalf of our partners and their referrals
- Work with different types of partners and their referrals that include, Startups, Communities, VCs, Accelerators, Incorporators, Affiliates, Accountants, and more
- Provide top-tier customer service for both our partners and our partner referrals
- Communicate with both partners and their referrals via Slack groups, personal email, our internal ticketing system, and phone calls
- Work through an email inbox in our ticketing system
- Willingness to travel and attend partner events (up to 20% travel)
You should:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with managing multiple projects for both internal and external parties
- Experience implementing systems and processes for internal teams
- Familiarity with project and sales management software such as Asana, Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Dato, etc.
- Have great written communication skills
- Excited to work in a high-paced environment
- Pay extremely close attention to detail
- Work efficiently and independently, but know when to ask for help
- Understand how to prioritize your work and keep an organized, clean inbox
- Have excellent critical thinking skills and enjoy problem-solving
- A desire to improve both internal and external processes and products
- Delight in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Be curious about the US banking system
The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.
Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:
- US employees located in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $96,100 - $108,100
- US employees located outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle or the San Francisco Bay Area: $86,500 - $97,300
- Canadian employees (any location): 90,800 - 102,200 CAD
