About the Role
This role will focus on shipping strategic features that raise the bar for design quality and drive innovation.
You’ll work closely with a Principal Product Designer and collaborate across multiple product groups to make this happen.
Things You Will Do
- Identify, execute, and iterate on ways to improve the end-to-end product experience and solve real customer problems
- Create UX and visual designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design stakeholders
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct research independently or with support from the Research team
- Run workshops and feedback sessions
- Leverage and contribute to the Design System
What You Already Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong visual design skills (this is a must)
- Ability to build quick and functional prototypes
- Skilled in designing clean, intuitive user interfaces
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Openness to feedback and the ability to apply it effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting your design approach to support team goals
- Creative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design
- Familiar with Design Systems and able to both use and contribute to them
- Proven experience designing SaaS products
- A solid portfolio of case studies
- Fluent in English
