- Own the day-to-day delivery process by writing clear, detailed Jira user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitating refinement sessions to ensure engineering clarity, participating in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies, and managing a well-organized, prioritized product backlog aligned with the roadmap.
- Partner with engineering, design, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, address blockers, and align on deliverables.
- Analyze product usage and engagement data to measure the impact of new initiatives, and identify opportunities for iteration and optimization using data-driven insights.
- Advocate for intuitive, engaging, and accessible patient experiences by contributing to usability testing, reviewing design iterations, and ensuring features are built with empathy and attention to detail.
- Stay informed about the evolving telehealth landscape, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare software, identifying potential opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
You will likely have:

- Demonstrated success building and launching product initiatives that positively impact both the business and the user.
- Previous experience in digital healthcare, marketing technology, DTC, or other B2C organizations.
- Strong experience writing product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria in tools like Jira.
- Familiarity with agile processes, including backlog grooming, refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver features from concept to release.
- Experience defining and delivering mobile app features and functionality, with an understanding of mobile-specific design considerations and user behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong task and timeline management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
You may have:

- Proficiency in using tools like Heap, Google Analytics, Datadog, Retool, or similar for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Heap, Google Analytics, or Datadog.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements

- 401(k) with matching contributions beginning your first day.
- Unlimited PTO.
- Fully remote position with occasional travel.
- Impactful, rewarding work as part of a fast-growing brand helping thousands of people every day.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
