THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Product Manager Specialist for our Salesforce team in Portugal!
As the Product Manager for the Salesforce Partners team, you will lead the development and optimization of key workflows that drive partner sales accross success across our global Salesforce platform. These critical flows will directly support our partnerships team in 10+ countries, playing a pivotal role in Wellhub's international growth.
We're seeking a seasoned and data-driven Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce initiatives. You should be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and making strategic decisions grounded in business impact.

YOUR IMPACT
As the Staff Product Manager for Salesforce, your impact will span across the company:
- Drive Strategy: Define and own the long-term vision for Salesforce as a business platform, aligning with executive stakeholders on priorities and ROI.
- Optimize Workflows: Streamline and enhance sales and support processes to reduce friction and increase productivity.
- Scale the Platform: Ensure the Salesforce ecosystem evolves to support growth, integrating new tools and features while maintaining system integrity.
- Enable Insights: Collaborate with data teams to unlock better reporting and decision-making across customer-facing teams.
- Lead Change: Champion adoption and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities across departments, acting as a trusted advisor.

WHO YOU ARE
- You’re an experienced product leader who thrives in enterprise environments and knows how to deliver value through platforms like Salesforce.
- You’re equally comfortable thinking strategically and diving into technical and process details.
- You bring a collaborative mindset and a strong bias for action.
- Deep understanding of CRM concepts, sales/service workflows, and Salesforce’s core capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering impactful, scalable solutions in a complex stakeholder environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with process optimization, systems thinking, and technical integration
- Excellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate product vision and tradeoffs to both business and technical audiences in English and Portuguese.
- Experience working with Agile development teams and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and cross-functional planning
- An engineering/software development background is a plus
