About the job
This position is needed to help deliver on the One Twilio promise to our customers with key product and solution messaging to increase Twilio brand awareness and thought leadership in region.
You’ll work to spread the Twilio narrative of the value of communication channels + contextual data + AI working together in a single platform to make every customer experience amazing. You’ll work with marketing and sales experts in region drive customer advocacy, launch management, campaign planning and narratives, and product availability in the EMEA region. This means gaining a deep understanding of products across our CPaaS and our CDP offerings, and knowing the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Execute on key regional initiatives, including customer advocacy, launch project management, content localization, and more
- Create compelling product and solution messaging for regional campaigns and events
- Partner with our regional product marketing leader for prioritization of regional activities
- Support event and pipeline generation across EMEA, working in tandem with marketing and sales teams to execute in the region
- Research and gain a clear understanding of competitive offerings and Twilio unique positioning against each of them across communications and customer data platforms

Required:
- 3–5 years of Product Marketing experience in the technology sector, ideally within UCaaS, CCaaS, CDP, or CPaaS industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in product marketing deliverables: You can show samples of your work, such as product messaging, blogs, customer stories, presentations, and sales assets.
- Regional Knowledge: You have substantial experience marketing to or within EMEA markets; you understand the nuances, buyer personas, and go-to-market strategies that drive success across the region.
- Content Localization: Familiarity with adapting and localizing content for multiple EMEA countries to ensure messaging is accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You dig deep into product knowledge and leverage market and buyer insights to craft compelling messaging and positioning.
- Technical Acumen: You’re comfortable breaking down product benefits and demonstrating technical value to both business and technical audiences.
- Collaboration: You’re a strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally, sharing ideas, and driving projects forward—empowering and influencing your peers along the way.
- Creativity: You constantly look for new and innovative ways to enhance content and drive greater impact across digital campaigns and presentations.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, with proven ability to turn complex stories into engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Desired:
- EMEA Marketing Experience: Prior product marketing experience specifically with EMEA audiences or countries.
- Additional European Language: Fluency (spoken and written) in German, French, Spanish, or another major European language is a strong advantage.
- Industry Experience: Previous marketing roles with communications, contact center, or cloud-based technology vendors in EMEA.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in UK.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 30% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
