About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager (PMK) to lead go-to-market (GTM) orchestration across our ERP and Payments product lines, with a laser focus on the CFO and Business Office audience. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success—designed for someone who thrives in driving clarity, consistency, and momentum across cross-functional teams.
You will be the voice of the customer and market, the architect of product positioning and messaging, and the orchestrator of launches and ongoing commercialization strategies to acquire new customers and grow/retain the base. This role is perfect for a modern PMM who blends analytical rigor with creative storytelling, and strategic thinking with roll-up-your-sleeves execution.
Through your efforts, you will deliver and measure the impact of product marketing efforts via targeted KPIs to achieve business outcomes including but not limited to ARR bookings, pipeline, stage based progression, velocity and retention.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with product management to translate technical features into business outcomes for finance and operations leaders.
Audience Ownership: CFO & Business Office
- Own the segmentation, persona development, and buyer journey mapping for the CFO, finance leaders, business office, and related stakeholders across the buying committee.
- Act as the internal champion for this audience—ensuring content, campaigns, sales enablement, and product strategy are aligned to their needs and language.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, pain points, and messaging levers unique to the finance function.
Sales Enablement & Field Readiness
- Create high-impact enablement materials including battle cards, pitch decks, ROI tools, playbooks and customer-facing assets by sales stage to help sales identify, create and progress opportunities to win.
- Partner with revenue teams to train and equip them to position ERP and Payments offerings effectively.
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
- Conduct win/loss interviews and gather voice-of-customer insights to refine messaging and GTM priorities.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech/payments environments.
- Proven experience leading GTM for complex products with multiple stakeholders and release cycles.
- Deep understanding of the finance function and empathy for the CFO/business office audience.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—verbal, written, and visual.
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and collaborative mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze and synthesize insights to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with ERP, accounting, or payments technology is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with consumer payments is a strong plus.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
