Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Operations Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role on the Product team at Hone Health will serve as a key bridge between the Product, Engineering, and Operations teams at Hone.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams at Hone Health to really understand our business and how various departments work together to build products and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Help our Product team identify and launch successful projects by supporting customer and competitive/market research, data analysis to generate new insights from customer behavior, and product marketing.
- Serve as an internal process consultant to identify, document, and improve our standard operating processes around product development, engineering development, and eng + operations joint efforts. Identify and streamline bottlenecks in our development processes through process, people, and tool changes.
- Serve as program/project manager for major cross-team initiatives that span multiple departments and teams, helping the company stay focused, on-track, and unblocked.
- Become a valued domain expert in our product development processes, tools and configuration systems, including consulting on or doing individual config changes and training new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related job field, such as Product Operations, consulting, business operations, project management, or product management.
- Work examples of applying structured, analytical thinking to design or improve processes and technical systems.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to drive/influence multiple teams to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with learning/understanding technical systems (from a non-engineer perspective), data analysis, consumer product research and insights, or product marketing or strategy would be a plus.
- Prior experience with standard startup development processes (example: Agile development) and task management tools (example: Asana, JIRA) are helpful.
Compensation Range
$90K - $140K (depends on candidate experience)
