About The Role & Team

We are seeking a Program Director for our Development Services vertical. Reporting to the Director, Development, this individual will join a development team of 15 other professionals committed to making a sizable impact on the future of the renewable energy industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct client engagements to develop battery energy storage projects across major US markets, with a focus on TX and CA.
  • Expand Euclid’s BESS service offerings, working closely with the Director of Development to scale this offering within Development Services.
  • Advise as a subject matter expert, analyzing the technical, commercial, and market risks of BESS projects at all stages of development
  • Manage external stakeholders as required in the project development process to deliver expert-level outcomes across engagement objectives
  • Coach and mentor Project Managers and Analysts across the organization in BESS development best practices, ensuring expertise is effectively applied to every project detail
  • Collaborate with Euclid’s Product team as a subject matter expert in renewable energy development, shaping the design and functionality of our technical products
  • Work closely with the Director of Development and senior leadership to support company-wide and project-specific functions, including engagement tracking, P&L management, and resource planning
  • Drive the growth of solar and storage projects by standardizing best practices in project development and setting a higher industry benchmark for quality

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of proven project development experience within the renewable energy industry. Experience in/managing project sale and financing transactions is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and executing market strategies for successful utility-scale energy storage projects
  • Complete knowledge of the renewables project lifecycle and crucial value drivers in project financial models
  • Mastery of the key technical and commercial provisions of revenue, interconnection, site control, EPC, and membership interest/asset purchase agreements
  • Experience managing competitive procurement processes for key long-lead components of energy storage projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance preferred but specific majors not required with required professional experience

The starting base salary for this role is between $200,000 and $235,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, skills, and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
