About You
Nutrafol is searching for a Project Manager, Brand Marketing with hands-on experience bringing audience-specific, promotions and special projects to life within a brand marketing team. Day-to-day, you’ll work directly with the Brand team supporting efficiency and timeliness.
Your goal will be to enable the Brand leads to focus on strategy, while you lead promo launches, assist with other activations and determine milestone timelines to reach pre-determined launch dates.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery for key marketing plans, including work plan development and adherence, status reporting and remediation (as appropriate) regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Communicate to stakeholders across all phases of work tailoring structure, and content of messaging to the needs of the audience
- Monitor, track, and resolve issues and dependencies to maintain on time project deliverables.
- Provide administrative support with the development of decks, meetings, and presentations as needed
- Partner with brand leads on audience-specific activations to communicate project timing and channel needs to cross-functional team leads
- Manage 5-6 yearly promos from brief and deck creation to project deliverables
- Assist brand leads with content creator communication and approvals
- Collaborate with senior manager, creative operations on timelines and creative resources needed
- Support GTM process consistency across brand and channel leads
- Be a thought leader in project management best practices and governance
Requirements
- 4-8 years experience leading multiple project teams through planning and delivery of complex integrated marketing projects
- Experience in project management within a creative agency or in-house brand, marketing team environment is required; prior experience with a DTC/wellness brand is preferred
- Deep understanding of marketing processes and operations
- Proficient in Asana and Google Suite, with the ability to learn additional systems quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, with an innovative and collaborative approach to motivating teams
- Ability to constructively evaluate projects in terms of needs, challenges, and schedules, and provide solutions as the need
