Job Summary
The role involves partnering with leadership in Mexico to support the development of the Mexico team through full-cycle recruitment for sales and other roles. The recruiter will manage the hiring process from research to closing, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and effective communication with hiring managers. About the Role:
The Recruiter will partner with GTM leadership in Mexico to continue supporting the build of our Mexico team. This individual ideally has worked at a start-up in a fast paced environment and also successfully lead complex, strategic sales searches in Mexico.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration
- You will help build out our Mexico GTM organization
- Full-cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams
- Manage hiring manager expectations and develop processes around interviewing
- Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process
- Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for all open roles
- Maintain an emphatic attention to detail for operational hygiene
- Use data to influence hiring decisions and processes
What We Hope You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in sales recruiting with 5+ years of overall full cycle recruiting experience
- You are a natural people person that thrives on building a supportive team environment
- You have a strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape in the Mexico market
- You have a strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers
- You have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environment
