About the Role:

Our Recruiting function at Motive is highly structured and performance driven, where everyone is an architect of their own career path. As the recruiting partner, we aim to take it even higher with recruiting exceptional talent. You ideally have worked in a tech product space w/in technical and business recruiting, managing high volume end to end recruiting, and have a strong passion for building great teams with a heavy emphasis on company culture and candidate experience.

Remote role within the U.S.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration
  • You will help build out our Tech and G&A org via full-cycle recruitment (researching, sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams
  • Manage hiring manager expectations and develop processes around interviewing
  • Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process
  • Provide an overall great candidate experience with each interaction
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for all open roles
  • Utilize data to make decisions/partner with hiring managers on strategy/alignment
  • Be a team player and work cross-functionally with various departments on different requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical and business (G&A) recruiting
  • You have experience managing many requisitions at a time, often with various requirements/different skill sets
  • You have prior experience utilizing Greenhouse as your ATS
  • You are a go getter: sourcing (Linkedin Recruiter) and boolean strings are no stranger to you
  • You are a natural people person that thrives on building a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • You have a strong technical understanding of the current technology landscape
  • You enjoy challenges and problem solve on a daily basis; ambiguous situations are not a deterrent to you
  • You have a strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers
  • You have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are an effective influencer, with great communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have a proactive approach to recruiting, and following-up is second nature to you with candidates/internal stakeholders

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. Motive offers benefits including health, pharmacy, optical and dental care benefits, paid time off, sick time off, short term and long term disability coverage, life insurance as well as 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

$85,000$130,000 USD
