⭐ About our team:

We’re a large team that look after a large business remit hiring and onboarding teams within Customer Operations, Financial Crime, Fraud and Disputes. We hire those on the Customer Service front line, their support teams and Senior Leaders.

🔑 You'll play a key role by...

  • Building lasting relationships with your Hiring Managers and design creative hiring strategies.
  • Working with Hiring Managers, Workforce Planning, Training and Onboarding to define hiring plans and agree deliverables.
  • Caring deeply about diversity and inclusiveness, and giving all candidates an amazing experience.
  • Sourcing for a mixture of talent whether it’s someone directly supporting our customers or finding experienced Leaders to manage large operational teams.
  • Passionately owning and managing your own projects that focus on the likes of improving processes and candidate experience.
  • Working closely with your Hiring Lead, helping to support the day to day management of the team, making important decisions in their absence - essentially acting as their Deputy.
  • Being data-driven, comfortable running your own reports and presenting back insights to senior management.

  • You have experience recruiting for stand alone roles and hiring in volume at a variety of levels.
  • You care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity.
  • You’re comfortable managing complicated hiring plans with tight deadlines.
  • You love rolling your sleeves up and working with lots of autonomy.
  • You’re empathetic, adaptable and respectful of candidates’ needs and priorities.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with a variety of people in different teams and can influence those more senior than you.
  • You can tell whether somebody has the skills we’re looking for, without relying on previous job titles or qualifications.
  • You’ve previously worked as a Recruitment Team Leader or have managed and coached people in a hiring team before.
  • You've worked in house / directly for a large financial services, tech or similar organisation with complex structures thats growing rapidly.
