About The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our Toronto-based Talent team. In this role, you'll take the lead on campus recruitment efforts, helping build relationships with universities and student communities to attract early-career and emerging talent to Cresta. You’ll also contribute to technical sourcing and full-cycle recruiting support, working closely with our Lead Recruiter to help scale our rapidly growing Toronto team.

Responsibilities:
- Own and lead end-to-end campus recruiting initiatives, including building and nurturing relationships with universities, coordinating intern hiring cycles, and managing intern and new graduate talent pipelines.
- Organize and execute campus and internal events to foster strong campus partnerships and a vibrant student community.
- Support technical sourcing and candidate outreach strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
- Partner with the Lead Recruiter on full-cycle recruiting activities, including inbound application review, screening, candidate communications, and additional support as needed.
- Organize and execute industry recruiting and brand-building events (both virtual and onsite).
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and recruiting systems; contribute to reporting and hiring process improvements.
- Contribute to the ongoing Talent Acquisition roadmap and projects geared towards accelerating and scaling our hiring practices.
- Provide support for Toronto-based team culture initiatives and onsite team events.
- Collaborate with People Operations on onboarding and occasional HR projects to support the employee experience.
Qualifications we value:
- 3 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally with exposure to campus and technical recruiting
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach, and acts with urgency
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in representing Cresta to candidates and campus partners
- Familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or event management platforms is a plus
- Based in Toronto, with the ability to work from our local office as needed for events, interviews, and team activities
