The Opportunity
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will lead Tridge’s Marketplace Sales Team in your country or region. You will be at the forefront of expanding supplier (seller) participation in our

What we trust you to do
Lead and manage the local Marketplace Sales team to exceed supplier acquisition and activation targets.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of agri-food suppliers (growers, processors, manufacturers, and distributors).Drive end-to-end sales cycles: from prospecting to onboarding and engagement.Identify localized growth opportunities based on market trends and customer feedback.Develop and present regular sales reports, insights, and forecasts to regional and HQ stakeholders.Act as the regional voice of the customer, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, and operations.Collaborate closely with Tridge HQ (Seoul) and cross-functional teams globally.
What you need to succeed
- 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, ideally within the agriculture or food sector.
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience with a track record of scaling or coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Full professional fluency in English and the local language.
- Comfortable using CRM and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to or experience in the tech industry.
