We're hiring a healthcare deals reporter to cover this essential sector of the deals market with a focus on the public markets, private equity and M&A.

We are looking for a highly talented, collaborative, experienced reporter to join this team and break news for our highly engaged, loyal audience.
- You should be obsessed with beating the competition and scooping deals across the biotech sector. You should also be well sourced inside the banks, venture capital and private equity firms, and be a sector expert that can explain why your reporting matters to Axios readers.

Starting salary for this role is in the range of $90,000 - $102,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation and benefits. Axios' compensation philosophy takes into account cost of labor differentials across the country. Because this is a remote-optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location.
