Job Description
Reports to: Director of Sales Enablement
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $140,000 - $165,000 base, plus bonus, and equity
What We Do:
Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.
We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.
What You’ll Do:
As our Reseller Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible to build and lead the external enablement strategy for our Value-Added Resellers (VARs). You will manage enablement team programs and initiatives that equip Reseller Sales Teams with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to confidently sell Huntress to their end users. This role is part educator, part content developer, and part program owner — helping our Resellers ramp faster and sell more effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a scalable partner enablement program that supports the onboarding, training, and ongoing education of reseller sales reps.
- Design and deliver training content (live, virtual, and self-paced) that focuses on product knowledge, competitive differentiation, sales plays, and objection handling.
- Create partner-facing collateral, including one-pagers, cheat sheets, pitch decks, use-case guides, and co-brandable assets in collaboration with Partner Marketing and Brand.
- Build repeatable onboarding experiences to help new Reseller Sales Representatives quickly understand how to sell Huntress.
- Maintain a centralized library of enablement resources tailored to the Resellers, and ensure they always have access to the latest materials.
- Collaborate with Reseller Sales Managers to identify enablement gaps or knowledge barriers impacting partner performance.
- Track usage and effectiveness of training and content through engagement metrics, feedback loops, and partner success stories.
- Contribute to the success of joint marketing initiatives by building training around campaign messaging and call-to-action strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for all things related to reseller enablement.
What You Bring To The Team:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, Reseller enablement, or Reseller marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Reseller sales motions, especially working with VARs and reseller ecosystems.
- Experience designing training content and delivering it in both live and asynchronous formats.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills — you can translate technical concepts into actionable sales enablement.
- Familiarity with tools such as LMS platforms, content libraries, and partner portals.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and partner teams.
- Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and scalability.
What We Offer:
- 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
- Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave
- Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
- 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
- Life and Disability insurance plans
- Stock options for all full-time employees
- One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
- Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
- $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
- Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
