About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role driving optimization across our sales, marketing, and clinical success teams. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and scalability across these teams by building out the revenue operations infrastructure and strategy, ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization between teams, and providing insightful reporting and analysis. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the sales, marketing, and customer success lifecycle within a healthcare technology environment.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and drive a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and execute initiatives to remove bottlenecks and improve sales, marketing, and clinical success efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain key performance indicators and dashboards to align revenue performance to goals.
- Identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Work with leadership to define annual and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate on continuous alignment of sales territories, market segmentation and commission plans.
- Provide quarterly reports to sales representatives on their respective commission calculations.
- Systems & Processes:
- Work cross departmentally to ensure optimal usage of CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), and other revenue-related systems.
- Work with leadership to implement and continuously improve standardized processes and best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, revenue forecasting, and reporting.
- Operationally close out won deals in CRM validating deal parameters and ensuring smooth transition to other departments (finance, implementation and clinical success).
- Own internal systems for, and ensure robust tracking of, expansion and renewal data.
- Drive scalability and predictable revenue streams by aligning teams with effective S&OP systems and procedures.
- Create and maintain documentation of all revenue operations processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related platforms.
- Automate workflows to improve efficiency.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to improve revenue operations.
About You
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or a related role (preferably within a SaaS/hardware or healthcare technology company).
- Technical Expertise:

- Strong proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce & HubSpot).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of the sales, marketing, and customer success lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SaaS/hardware revenue models and metrics.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. Start-up experience is a plus.

- The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - $160,000 + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
