- Ensure a smooth handoff to the other members of the sales team by providing detailed background information and context on each opportunity.
- Maintain records of interactions with leads in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking.
- Report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to align on goals, share feedback from prospects, and refine the outbound process.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets, such as the number of calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.
Requirements:

- Value being part of a dynamic team and having a clear impact on the business.
- Coachable and eager to learn through constructive feedback.
- A curiosity to learn new skill sets, new CMS tools, a new industry, and more about the prospective new customers you’ll be reaching out to.
We’re excited about you because you:
- Have some sales experience and are looking to be involved in driving SDR strategy.
- Are highly productive in a work-from-home environment.
- Are confident conducting cold calls and facing objections.
- Are empathetic and know that active listening is the key to becoming a great seller.
- Welcome adversity because it drives you to achieve the results you know you can attain.
- Motivated by your goal, the team, and your pursuit to always be better.
- Are relentlessly hardworking. This is really all it takes to be a successful Sales Development Rep; we’ll teach you the rest!

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
