Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.
Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to create, maintain, and support enablement materials that drive successful onboarding and ensure that Sales Executives are equipped with relevant, up-to-date knowledge aligned with company strategy and market standards.
As a Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key part in building a knowledge base for all revenue-generating departments, supporting specialists across regions and roles (SDRs, AEs, Sales Managers) — helping them onboard smoothly and maintain their knowledge with the latest internal updates from Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance and others.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring a hybrid background in both Sales and Sales Enablement/Operations, with a proven track record of successfully rolling out enablement initiatives.
You are welcome to work remotely from the US.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base tailored to different sales roles and departments
- Design and manage the Sales Enablement platform for the Nebius Sales team
- Working with business owners to understand their goals and recommend the right mix of content
- Lead the creation and execution of Sales Enablement sessions to support onboarding and continuous learning
- Develop and implement a knowledge check framework to assess how effectively sales reps absorb and retain training materials
- Train and maintain an AI chatbot to support sales knowledge delivery
- Develop and manage a process for regular knowledge checks
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Ops, Legal, and other departments to keep enablement content current and relevant
- Analyze current internal processes and proactively drive improvements
We expect you to have:
- Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement (Sales experience is a plus)
- Proven experience with at least 2–3 successful enablement project implementations
- Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success (CS) to support a holistic business approach
- Excellent project management skills — ability to plan, execute, and align cross-functional team
- Experience in the Sales SaaS (B2B only)
- Strong understanding of CRM Platforms (HubSpot / SalesForce)
- Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Key employee benefits in the US:
- Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
- 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
- Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
- Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
