As a Sales Engineer at Radicle Health, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy. You’ll partner with the sales team to deliver compelling, customized demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions to prospective clients. This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS solutions, the ability to translate customer needs into tailored presentations, and a collaborative approach to improving the sales process. In This Role, You Will:
- Provide pre-sales support and technical assistance to the sales team.
- Conduct live solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and deliver customized presentations.
- Address technical questions and provide expert guidance during the sales process.
- Support the RFP (Request for Proposal) process by contributing technical content and ensuring accurate and compelling responses.
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and communicate customer feedback and unmet needs to internal teams.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and technical documentation to establish new processes and information pertaining to a new product line.
- Develop technical sales assets and a scalable demo environment to structure and support a new product line.
- Improve the sales process by sharing feedback with the VP of Sales based on observations during sales calls.
- Review Gong recordings to gather feedback on areas for improvement in sales tactics and presentations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven experience in leading SaaS solution demonstrations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective demonstrations.
- Past experiences working with multiple, complex product lines.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and the human services space is a plus.

Other Information:
- Compensation: $145,000-$165,000 OTE
- Location: Remote within the US
