You should apply if you have:
- Speak both English & Spanish fluently
- Experience working in a start-up culture with the ability to adapt quickly.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with grit and accountability.
- Confidence and strong communication skills for client interactions (both verbal and written).
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams.
- 3-5 years of experience as a manager. SaaS experience is a plus.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
- Previous experience in the FinTech or logistics industry (a plus).
- Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support team members.
- An analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and develop actionable strategies.
You will be responsible for:
- Work and make decisions following Bobtail's mission, vision, and values
- Supporting efforts to maintain a positive work culture and sense of community within the sales team.
- Celebrating individual and team successes to foster motivation and team spirit.
- Leading an offshore team of Account Executives, partnering to close SMB trucking companies.
- Develop and execute sales strategy and plans for your team to meet or exceed conversion targets.
- Staying informed about team and individual sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Track the weekly and monthly progress and success of your team by measuring various primary KPIs
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to elevate sales performance.
- Cultivate a culture of agility, high performance, and accountability through individual and team coaching.
- Collaborate with your Account Executives and directly engage with high-priority prospects to close more business.
- Ensure correct use of CRM, processes, and best practices to maintain pipeline hygiene, planning, and forecasting.
- Iterate on existing processes to unlock and optimize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to hire offshore account executives.
