Key Accounts Alliance Enablement will be a key partner to drive overall effectiveness of our newly created Key Accounts team.
This role will be a dotted line report to the Key Accounts Lead with a solid line report to Sr. Manager of Alliance Enablement. 90% of this role’s time will be supporting the Key Accounts which will allow for the Key Accounts Lead to prioritize initiatives. 10% of the time will be dedicated to the broader Commercial Effectiveness/CommOps team for ongoing career development and alignment with our overall Alliance and Commercial Enablement Strategy.
Your Impact:
As the Key Account Alliance Enablement role, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our success at our most strategic Alliance Accounts. In addition to helping the Key Accounts teams achieve their overall pull through targets, your focus will be centered on filling the pipeline with new opportunities and creating broad reach and awareness within the Alliance sales organizations.
- Make a significant impact on Omada’s future by partnering with the Key Alliance and driving upsells, sales and enrollments.
- Earn trust through day to day project management working cross functionally while fostering long-term relationships within Omada and at our Key Accounts.
- Design, implement, and oversee enablement programs that support our Key Account's strategic goals.
- Develop and manage enablement content, including presentations, guides, and other resources.
- Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the target audience.
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools to support the development of the Key Account S/AEs.
- Collaborate with the Omada Key Accounts team and subject matter experts to deliver upon external facing training content that is impactful and accurate for Key Accounts S/AEs.
- Identify gaps in skills and knowledge and develop training solutions to address these gaps.
- Establish specific metrics to gauge the effectiveness of the enablement & training programs.
- Identify and close gaps within support materials that are leveraged within the sales cycle, from concept through internal compliance and clinical review.
- Regularly assess and refine enablement programs to ensure they are delivering the desired business outcomes.
- Participate in Commercial Effectiveness team activities and career development opportunities
About you:
We’re looking for the following:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B environment in a sales, sales/partner enablement, training or operations capacity
- Experience selling to or working with Health Plans or PBMs
- Ability to think both qualitatively and quantitatively about supporting a go-to-market strategy
- Curiosity to learn and ability to think creatively about solutions with customer centric approach
- Ability to roll up your sleeves day to day, while thinking about the bigger picture!
- Excellent listening and communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams and personalities
- Can drive progress and execution in ambiguity
- Experience with HighSpot a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $128,800 - $161,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $123,200 - $154,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and stock options.
