Job Description

Who is Boulevard?

Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most.

Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen.

We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most.

Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too.

Come Do The Best Work Of Your Life At Boulevard.

As Boulevard’s Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll design and execute co-marketing programs across affiliate, integration, strategic, and third-party dev channels. You’ll join us at an exciting inflection point: our direct channels are established, and we’re now building and scaling our partner channel to expand reach, drive demand, and fuel pipeline growth, meeting our increasing revenue targets.

You’re an experienced B2B marketer who crafts creative, high‑impact co-marketing campaigns with partners and leverages insights to grow our partnership channels.

The ideal candidate is a marketing enthusiast who is a master collaborator and has experience working across multiple functions, as this role will have hybrid responsibilities ranging across partner and product marketing, partner management, and marketing liaison.

You will report directly to the VP of Growth Marketing and work hand-in-hand with our Director of Partnerships to build and scale the channel.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Develop go‑to‑market plans with partners, mapping out joint objectives, audiences, and success metrics
  • Project manages marketing requests and briefs, ensuring delivery and implementation of marketing and media assets and templates for various initiatives
  • Build partner toolkits — one‑pagers, slide decks, battle cards, and email templates — to help partners weave our brand messaging into their communications
  • Manage the brand ambassador and customer referral program, collaborating with Customer Success and Sales to create outreach, content, and initiatives that recruit new ambassadors and engage existing ones
  • Track partner‑sourced and referral pipeline through to revenue and monitor performance in Salesforce and PartnerStack. Report monthly on ROI, insights, and recommendations to boost funnel conversion
  • Manage the partner and referral marketing budget to ensure that campaigns are cost-effective

What You’ll Need To Thrive:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing
  • Experience working in the self-care or beauty industry is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing successful programs and driving revenue growth

Skills:

  • Expert at cross‑functional collaboration with strong written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize performance data
  • Knowledge of digital, email, and content marketing related to partnership marketing
  • Strong experience in platforms, performance analytics tools, commission protocols, and tracking systems (e.g., Partnerstack, CJ Affiliate, Impact, etc.)

Traits:

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

How We’ll Take Care Of You:

Your starting total cash compensation for this role is between $102,000 - $145,000, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.

In addition to the wonderful people you’ll get to work with and challenging projects that’ll push you - Boulevard is here to make sure you’re always at the top of your game emotionally, mentally, and physically.

  • ✨ We’ve got you covered with a 401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.

  • 🏝 Take a break whenever you need with our flexible vacation day policy.

  • 🖥 Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work. You’ll receive a work from home stipend every month.

  • 💚 Family planning resources and specialized support programs.

  • 🔮 Equity: get ahead on the ground floor and grow with Boulevard.

  • 💅 Boulevard Bucks Learning and Development program allows employees to explore businesses in the market we serve.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
