Your Mission:
As a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager at Engine, you’ll play a key role in scaling our business by leading strategic initiatives, driving growth, and optimizing revenue processes. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Driving Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects from opportunity identification through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and track key metrics to assess performance, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.
- Optimizing Business Processes: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements across the Revenue department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Data Science, Marketing, and Systems teams to refine prospecting strategies and enhance top-of-funnel efficiency.
- Operational Support: Provide strategic and tactical support to go-to-market functions, ensuring streamlined workflows and impactful outcomes.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 4+ years in Strategy, Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven data-driven problem-solving skills, with expertise in breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Project Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives to completion using project management and decision-making frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; bonus points for experience with SQL, R, Python, Looker, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools.

Compensation
