- Drive legal technology initiatives by evaluating, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge tools to boost departmental performance.
- Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including sales, support, product, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, ensuring seamless legal support across the organization.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to automate processes across departments, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics to help assess legal department performance, pinpointing and executing on areas for strategic improvement.
- Oversee legal vendor management, including billing, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities with outside counsel and legal service providers.
- Provide assistance with template management and CLM backend operations, providing agile support for new projects and business needs as they arise.
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in Legal Operations, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in fast-paced tech or cybersecurity environments. Legal studies or paralegal experience is a plus.
- A pragmatic and business-centric mindset, understanding that the legal team's primary objective is to enable and accelerate business growth.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a keen eye for detail, coupled with a proven ability to independently manage multiple, complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to embrace and implement change, including to help conceptualize, plan and execute new ideas and solutions in a very fast paced environment.
- Proactive and self-sufficient work ethic, capable of succeeding in a remote environment while still being an active and present member of the legal team.
- High proficiency in legal technology, including data management, contract lifecycle management, matter and project management, reporting, and building automations. Direct experience with tools such as or similar to Ironclad, Zip, and Salesforce is highly valued. You should also be eager to explore and work with AI solutions to revolutionize our legal processes.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a chaotic, fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of legal team operations and workflows.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack and Microsoft Suite.

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
