We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and grow our corporate gifting program. This person will be responsible for outbound lead generation, nurturing relationships, and converting qualified leads into clients. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a love for delivering delight (and cake!).
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify B2B leads.
Identify and pursue corporate gifting opportunities, especially around seasonal campaigns and holidays.
Maintain organized records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using a CRM system.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects, providing product information and tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience (B2B experience a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a track record of hitting outreach or sales goals.
Experience using CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in creating delightful experiences for customers.
What Success Looks Like:
You consistently generate and qualify a steady stream of new B2B leads each week.
You convert leads into corporate gifting clients, especially during key seasonal periods (e.g. holidays, birthdays, employee recognition days).
You build strong relationships that lead to repeat orders and long-term partnerships.
You maintain organized CRM records and follow-up processes, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
You collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and campaign performance.
