We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Executive to lead our Sales growth. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the restaurant technology sector.
- Define and execute an actionable sales strategy and plan focused on acquiring new QSR brands, expanding franchise adoption, and opening new store locations across the U.S.
- Work independently to open doors and close both pilots and scaled deals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and franchise owners.
- Own renewal discussions, ensuring long-term value and continued partnership.
- Work closely with internal teams (Project Management, Customer Success, etc.) to align on customer needs and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Lead the negotiations of contracts.
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the restaurant technology industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-level relationships and selling to C-suite executives in enterprise customers and franchise owners.
- Experience managing or building a sales team in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
- Extensive experience with contract renewals and proactive account management.
- Strong understanding of business metrics and ROI, with the ability to negotiate based on defined performance parameters.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
- Highly self-driven, adaptable, and hands-on.
- Proficient with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
- Ability to read legal documents and understand the business implications to find win-win solutions.
- Based in the U.S. and able to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events.
