What Youāll Do š
As our sole Senior Account Executive, Enterprise, youāll lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new logo deals. Youāll partner closely with our CEO, Aaron, Marketing, & CX teams and be a foundational part of how we scale our sales engine.
This isnāt just a sales role. Youāll influence messaging, iterate on the sales motion, and help shape what a top-tier GTM looks like for Telgorithm. Youāll collaborate with leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver deals that are not only high-value, but high-quality and set up for long-term success.

Compensation: Base salary range of $115,000ā$140,000, plus commission-based variable compensation.

Your Day-to-Day:
š Own the full-cycle sales process for enterprise new logo accounts from outreach to close
š Build a pipeline from the ground up (youāll self-source at least 50% of it)
š¬ Lead compelling discovery calls with multiple stakeholders on enterprise accounts
š§ Understand and speak to buyer pain points related to 10DLC, messaging deliverability, and compliance
š£ Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and develop high-converting collateral
š Maintain accurate deal progress and reporting
š¤ Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs
Success looks likeā¦
Your first month:
- Youāll listen to recorded prospect and customer calls in Chorus to understand our buyersā pain points, needs, and experience with Telgorithm.
- Youāll begin conducting outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- You will be expected to self-source at least 50% of your pipeline.
- Youāll begin qualifying leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and potential fit with Telgorithmās services.
By month 6:
- Youāll own full lifecycle sales from lead qualification from close with minimal supervision, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot.
- Youāll follow-up with and nurture potential clients, working with marketing to create collateral where it does not already exist.
Who Weāre Looking For š§
This role is ideal for a seasoned hunter-style AE role selling technical solutions (APIs, CPaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, etc.) to enterprise accounts and is ready to step into more ownership and impact.
Youāve worked in early-stage environments, worn multiple hats, and thrived with minimal process. Youāre curious, learn and pivot quickly, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Must-Haves:
ā
5ā7 years of experience selling to enterprise customers
ā
3+ years of experience in a hunter AE role, regularly meeting/exceeding quota
ā
2+ years of BDR/SDR or AE experience with >50% self-sourced pipeline
ā
Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (90+ days)
ā
Strong grasp of technical solutions like APIs or CPaaS
ā
Comfort operating independently in a small sales team
ā
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, etc.
